acup New! We are previewing a Chinese therapeutic movement series offering practitioner training. However, you don't need to be a profesional to participate!

Explore the principles and treatment strategies of traditional Chinese medicine. Simple, practical techniques integrate exercise (daoyin), self-applied acupressure (anmo), and gentle assisted mobilizations (tuina) to help experience the deep structure of the channels and organs. This method offers an accessible and immediate introduction to Chinese medicine for beginners, and an opportunity for experience practitioners to embody your intellectual understanding. Emphasis is placed on perceiving, understanding, and guiding qi for specific therapeutic benefit. Each workshop introduces a variety of simple techniques that can be employed individually or together to benefit both clients and your own health and self-development.
