In the 2nd workshop, participants will learn short routines from the second section of the Yang Family Tai Chi long form including both kicking sets. We will explore both how these exercises develop internal and external balance in the context of traditional Chinese medicine as well as how they develop the strength and coordination required for self-defence application.
